Tracking numbers will be sent once they are scanned at the Canadapost sorting facility not when you receive an e-mail stating your order has been shipped. You will get your tracking number sent directly from Canadapost in the evening that day.

Lithium-ion batteries can not be shipped Xpresspost any longer. Your package if containing batteries will be downgraded to standard business expedited shipping which is usually 1-4 days longer depending on your location in Canada. Again due to COVID and the season, high volumes of mail has shippers stretched to capacity and if you need your package in a certain time frame please let us know and we can provide you with alternate shipping options.

Orders in before BEFORE 12:00pm EST will ship same day if possible, this should eliminate an additional day of waiting for delivery. Orders received After 2pm EST will be shipped next business day. Do to the Larger amount of orders coming in your orders could take up to 48hrs to be processed and\or shipped after payments have been completed. Not when orders are placed. As our company Grows so does the orders and the staff at Canvape does the very best to make sure everything ships as fast as possible.
If you do not want to make the minimum purchase to qualify for the Flat Rate shipping. Please send customer service an e-mail stating the product(s) you would like to purchase and your postal code/city we can then give you the actual shipping cost. If you do not wish to use Xpresspost we can also get you a quote for a different shipping option. We have taken the time to come up with the cheapest solution for the rapid delivery of our product . However if you only want something small we can send regular post at a very cheap rate. Due to liability issues Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel are used for tracking, confirmation and insurance solutions.
When Shipping Glass tanks we can't warranty or cover them from being broken in shipping as Canada Post won't Cover the Damage of any Glass Items.
We do not allow our customers to order products that are out of stock, we have no control over wholesale production and import times.
Missing/ Lost Package:
If you have a missing or lost package please email email@example.com. If the customer starts an investigation with Canada Post it could cause the investigation to take twice as long.
Canada Post Has Started to charge for Return Shipping on Wrong address parcels, Return to sender Packages or any package that is returned to us. So we will now have to charge our customers for any errors that would cause a package to be returned that is customer error in the information that they have provided.
Laws and Canada Post Protocols
*All First orders will Require you to Sign and Show ID For Proof of 19yrs of Age ID must match the order Information, For All First orders and All First Credit card Orders. Failure to show ID or Sign will have the Package Return to us causing a return Shipping Cost. That Customers will have to Pay this charge Before any refunds are given. With Covid-19 Protocols in Place with Canada Post Signing and showing Proof of age in not Done at the door you will need to got to Canada Post to do this and Pick up your Package.

**If your order is extremely large in volume or weight and or wholesale or special discount coupons are used we reserve the right to ship expedited. 5% and 10% discounts do not affect normal shipping policy.
Damaged or missing Product.
We allow up to 48 hrs to make a Claim for Missing or Damaged Product after your package is Delivered.. After 48hrs we can no long accept Claims for Missing or Damaged product.. Please check your orders after you received your Order..
Out of stock/Stock Error's
We will email customers of problems with out of stock/Stocking error for changes to orders. If we get no Reply in 48hrs after sending the email then the customer will be refunded the cost of the item and the rest of the order will be sent with out the missing items.
Canada Post Investigations:
If an investigation has to be started with Canada Post it take time for them to investigate a missing or lost package. Please cooperate with Canada Post in there investigation failure to do so will result in them canceling the investigation and denying the claim.
Store/Flea Market Pickup Instructions
If you are interested in something from our website and would like to pick it up at one of our locations follow these simple instructions. =)

2. Add the items you want to order to your cart
3. Proceed to check out and select your home address for billing and shipping and select your shipping method as Expedited Parcel $10.00 don't worry shipping costs will be removed from your order when picking up at the location you choose
4. And as payment method pick : Interac Email Money Transfer (Canada Only)
5. Last step is to type into the “ORDER COMMENTS: ” the location you want to pick up your items.
example : “I would like to pick up my order from the Brampton store location and pay in cash”
As long as you place your order by 9:00 am Wednesday morning your items will be ready at our weekly store locations by 5:00 pm Thursday and Saturday at our Flea Market locations.Flea Market locations only accept cash but at our Store locations you may pay with Cash, Debit or Credit.
Restocking fee: Due to the volume of unclaimed orders we are forced to apply a restocking fee of 15% plus shipping charges. Your purchase will be refunded less the restocking fee and any shipping charges to the method of payment on file. This does not apply to warranty returns or product returns. It is only for people that pay for their order and do not pick it up from a either a post office location and it is returned to us or at a store location within 15 days of being notified their order is ready for pickup. This restocking and shipping fee will also be applied to packages that were refused delivery or marked as ID unavailable and returned to us. If you are UNDER AGE do not order, you will not get any product and will lose 15% plus shipping charges. Seems fair right?
If you are in a remote location or your order is large, bulky or heavy we reserve the right to downgrade your shipping method at our discretion. Alternatively we may send you a quote for actual shipping costs and you can decide if you would still like your package and pay for the excess shipping costs. Since we started operation, post rates have nearly doubled and our low pricing has stayed the same.
